About John Gillen

My name is John Gillen and I am a recovered alcoholic. I have been free of alcohol addiction for 19 years now and I am proof that the right treatment can bring you back from the brink of despair and show you that long-term recovery is within your grasp. I have helped thousands of people like you to gain back control of their lives and to discover peace, wellness and happiness once more.

Backed By Experience and Research

First things first, I am not a doctor and neither will I ever lead you to believe that I have a medical background. What I do have is experience, knowledge and access to some of the most effective treatment methods available. It was my own experience of alcohol dependency and recovery that fuelled my passion to help others struggling with this debilitating and devastating disease. My recovery spurned me on to conducting in-depth research about alcoholism and how it caused me to suffer for so long.

I am proud to be a leading pioneer and innovator in the treatment of alcohol addiction. I was the first to bring Nad+ intravenous alcohol detox to Europe and am well connected to some of the world’s leading scientists and healthcare professionals specializing in alcoholism. You can also read more about my recovery journey and gain insights into alcohol addiction by reading the best-selling, acclaimed book, “The Secret Disease of Addiction” on which I was the co-author. Over the years, I have also had the pleasure of being featured in many media articles throughout the world. In 2007, I was proud to become a visiting professor at the John Naisbitt University, Belgrade, Serbia.
